• Your tasks include the independent management of customer- or investor-specific projects, the advice and implementation of project requirements in the creation or implementation of individual construction projects of various sizes
• You will work closely with stakeholders and the required cluster areas, as well as the project-specific supplier network
• You work independently and lead your project team independently throughout the entire project process and duration
• The scheduling, coordination and planning of your project team, as well as the budgetary aspects of the project are also part of your responsibilities
• You ensure the implementation of the solutions with special consideration of the surrounding customer landscape and customer processes
• When special challenges arise in project business, you will oversee the various project areas such as engineering offices, approval processes and construction planning in order to work together on project issues and solutions
• SerraTec trainings on practical project processes and project strategies as well as phase plans, together with the exchange with your colleagues, help with personal and professional development
• In addition, you monitor the defined work packages in the projects in terms of effort and progress and provide the customer with the necessary reports on the project status
• You will continuously work on the documentation and further development of best practices, GAP analyses and the further expansion of our knowledge database
• Within your projects, you will lead your project team in developing planning, improvement processes and other optimizations

• Have you successfully completed a degree in an engineering or business-related field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, architecture – or do you have a comparable qualification?
• You are well-versed in business processes in the project management environment
• You are experienced in concept development within phase-oriented processes
• You enjoy being part of a team and have strong communication skills as well as good leadership skills
• You have a hands-on mentality and tackle topics even if they are not part of your core tasks but serve the project progress
• Your personality is characterized by strong project orientation, enthusiasm, high persuasiveness, result orientation, decision-making ability, organizational skills and quality orientation
• You have a good technical understanding and are looking for opportunities to constantly expand your know-how
• You are flexible and enjoy traveling
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
