You will lead interesting and complex projects at companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, AMG, or renowned Tier 1 suppliers in research, development, or overall project management.

Our hybrid, online-based work model allows you to work flexibly, depending on the project, from home, on-site at our clients' premises, or at other project locations. • Your tasks include the independent management of customer-specific projects, the consulting and implementation of project requirements in the introduction or further development of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) systems, or the implementation of individual projects of various sizes and in various industries
• You will work closely with our customers and the required departments of development, sales, purchasing, quality and production, as well as the project-specific supplier network
• You work independently and lead your project team independently throughout the entire project process
• The coordination, control and planning of the project staff as well as the commercial aspects of the project are also part of your responsibilities
• You ensure the implementation of the solutions with special consideration of the surrounding customer landscape and customer processes
• When special challenges arise in project business, you will support support and product development to work together to find solutions
• Internal training on practical project processes and project strategies as well as phase plans, together with exchange with colleagues, help with personal and professional development
• In addition, you monitor the defined work packages in the projects in terms of effort and progress and provide the customer with the necessary reports on the project status
• You will continuously work on the documentation and further development of best practices, GAP analyses and the further expansion of our knowledge database
• Within your projects, you support your colleagues in developing optimizations

• Have you successfully completed a degree in an engineering or business-related field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering – or do you have a comparable qualification?
• You are well-versed in business processes in the PLM / MOM environment
• You are experienced in consulting and concept development for PLM / MOM processes
• You enjoy being part of a team and have strong communication skills as well as good leadership skills
• You have a hands-on mentality and generally tackle topics, even if they are not part of your core tasks but serve the project progress
• Your personality is characterized by strong customer orientation, enthusiasm, high persuasiveness, result orientation, decision-making ability, organizational skills and quality orientation
• You have a good technical understanding and are looking for opportunities to constantly expand your know-how
• You are flexible and enjoy traveling
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
